OUR APPROACH
We typically target yield-oriented investments in order to create tax-efficient, downside protected returns for our investors. Focus areas include residential, industrial, and select niche opportunities. We benefit from our close partnership with Zigg Capital, a leading venture capital firm focused on early stage investments in the real estate technology sector. This relationship allows us to identify, access, and diligence a wide array of opportunities to add value to our real estate holdings.
